The idea
Without a playbook, one message to a coding agent returns a finished page built on assumptions you never made. With Foreman, it answers with questions: what the site is for, who reads it, and what you already have.
Eight gated steps
Each of the eight steps has a gate it has to clear: orient, decide, lock the look, write the brief, build, verify, ship and index. No code is written until the brief is approved.
What is in it
It is all Markdown and templates. Nothing runs, so you can read every line before you use it. Thirteen references, six fillable assets and nine failure modes. It installs as a Claude Code plugin and an Agent Skill, and works with any coding agent that reads files. I released it after a cohort-wide session at KAUST.
