Visiting the site
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps routine server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect it.
Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and a few clicks, like opening a guide or the CV. It uses no cookies and doesn't tell me who you are.
Your choice of day or night, and the hidden moments you've found, are saved in your own browser and never sent anywhere.
The email list
If you join, the site keeps your name, your email address, the language you chose and the page you joined from. They're kept with Resend, which sends the emails.
You get a link to confirm first, and nothing else comes until you do. Every email has a link to leave, which unsubscribes you at once.
When someone joins, I get a short note with their name and address. To have your details deleted entirely, email me.
The site has a WhatsApp number I use to update the Now line from my phone. It only answers me: messages from anyone else go unanswered, and the site keeps nothing from them. Meta handles every WhatsApp message under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
What I send it is turned into the Now line by a language model on Groq, and the line is kept with Upstash, a database service.
Images and films
The screenshots of my projects, the share cards and the films on this site are my own work, © Turki Alshuaibi, all rights reserved.
To use one, in an article, a talk or anywhere else, email me with the image and where it would appear. Photos from events may belong to whoever took them, so ask before using those too.
